CLASSES
From beginner to advanced yogi, this style of yoga retrains postural imbalances and maps out safer and stronger movement patterns.
If you're just starting out with Brooke and Modern Yoga Colorado, we strongly recommend that you try a private session first. That way, you can assess goals, discuss your movement patterns, and go over anything that would be helpful before starting a new movement practice.

Here are all the classes Brooke offers, ordered from introductory to most advanced:
BEGINNER MOBILITY FLOW
In this class, you’ll learn pelvic stability and mobility in hips and shoulders. Retrain your neuromuscular system, develop healthier joints, prevent stiffness and injury.
PATTERNS FOR BETTER POSTURE
In this class, we’ll unlearn suboptimal habits and mindfully move with sustainable alignment, to feel joy in our joints and tissues!
STABILITY AND BALANCE FLOW
Attend this session to practice motor control, increase your confidence with balance, and find stability physically and mentally. When your balance is sturdy, it benefits all aspects of your life!
ATHLETIC FLOW
In this class, we’ll focus on intelligent movement to keep you performing at your best while you’re hiking, running, biking, playing pickleball or tennis, and more! Move like the warrior that you are in all of your athletic activities.
GRIT FLOW
In this class, we embrace stress as a self-directed challenge. It’ll teach you to cope better and maintain a calm and clear mind when presented with real-world stressors.
NORWEGIAN 4X4
This is an endurance class that works on better breath efficiency. We do four-minute high-intensity cardio intervals with three minute breaks in between.
FIRE CLASS
Elevate athletic performance and improve joint health, tissue pliability, and the condition of the musculoskeletal system. This class includes optional strength training with weights.
